OUR HOME LOAN PROCESS

We go above and beyond in making the digital pre-approval experience simple. You just click, call or visit. Either our mortgage loan officers, or the easy-to-navigate website will help you through every step of the process. You’ll need documentation to complete the application, including two months of year-to-date pay stubs, two recent bank statements, proof of two years’ income and assets, and your identification.

After customers click, call or stop in, one of our team of mortgage experts will evaluate your application and provide your loan options.

Find a home

You will receive a follow-up phone call and email outlining what the possibilities are. Once you’ve found your dream home, we’ll work with you and your realtor to send out the formal application documents.

Once formal application document are completed, we’ll review them and work toward approval.

VA*

This zero-down-payment government loan allows qualifying veterans and their eligible spouses to buy a house with no money down. As a privilege of service to their country, we help veterans make the most of their benefits through a variety of loan or refinancing options with flexible credit based on income guidelines.


USDA*

USDA borrowers who meet the eligibility requirements may be able to buy a home with as little as zero down. We help you to achieve the dream of homeownership with less money out of your pocket when buying a home in a USDA-eligible area.

FHA*
